Combien de fois avez-vous laiss\u00e9 partir votre parachute \u00e0 la surface sans l\u2019avoir attach\u00e9\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exercez-vous sur terre<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour vous exercer au sec, rien de plus simple\u00a0: Il suffit de placer votre d\u00e9tendeur derri\u00e8re votre dos. Placer votre deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage principal en bouche. Simuler le d\u00e9ploiement de votre parachute. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez les \u00e9tapes plusieurs fois, et si possible en fermant les yeux. Une fois suffisamment gonfl\u00e9, l\u00e2cher le parachute.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gonflage oral par expiration via le d\u00e9tendeur. Placez l\u2019entr\u00e9e du parachute au niveau des moustaches de votre d\u00e9tendeur. Inclinez votre t\u00eate de 45 degr\u00e9s, expirer tout en vous assurant que vos bulles entrent dans le parachute. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l\u2019op\u00e9ration 3 \u00e0 4 fois avant de l\u00e2cher le parachute. Cette m\u00e9thode a tendance \u00e0 modifier votre flottabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 faible profondeur.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gonflage oral par embout. Dans certains pays, quand deux parachutes ou plus sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es en m\u00eame temps, cela sert pour signaler une urgence.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Utiliser de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence\u00a0l\u2019octopus pour gonfler votre parachute, \u00e9viter\u00a0votre d\u00e9tendeur principal. Si vous gonflez votre parachute via l\u2019embout de gonflage, garder votre d\u00e9tendeur principal en main quoi qu\u2019il arrive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>R\u00e9p\u00e9ter avec votre instructeur<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u2019utilise ses trois m\u00e9thodes.
